Bland Project

Wow…that is about the only way to describe this beauty in all her glory. This project was a labour of love for everyone involved. A project we will never forget. Hague Project

Updating on both the interior and exterior of this Coldstream home. With lots of input from our clients, the finishes were custom to their wishes. Barn board wall feature and custom railing add a modern finish to this home. Update of the existing siding to a Hardi board adds life and an update finish to this home. The addition of a single car garage to the house increases sf space and resale value to the home as well.

An update to this penthouse apartment. A custom catwalk was built to allow access from the new garage to the existing home. Updates to the entire floor space of this penthouse suite along with the outdoor patio gives it a modern look. Custom tile shower, barn doors and granite countertops leave little to desire in this spacious suite.

A top to bottom renovation for this lake front summer home. From a dark dated space to a light, open and airy home. With a few layout design changes, we were able to open the main living and kitchen space up to better accommodate the summer groups that gather here. Utilizing durable water resistant laminate flooring throughout, this family can enjoy days on the beach right into restful evenings around their dining room table. Updates to insulation and electrical in this home as well provide a more efficient home during the times it is being used.
