GEM Quality Homes’ owner Graham Watson is a Red Seal Journeyman Carpenter. We can provide services from design to finished product. We are a general contractor and custom home builder. Meredith Project
A beautiful addition to any property, a carriage house can be a great source for secondary income. We have utilized it as an in-law suite and have ample parking and storage with a large double garage below. Two bedrooms and one bath with an open concept living/dining/kitchen make this a cozy little property.
Modern Farmhouse Project
Modern Farmhouse is how we like to describe this beautiful custom build. Utilizing a Farmhouse style structure for the building with large overhangs and steep gabled rooflines, your initial thought would go to farmhouse architecture. But this house has much more to offer than your traditional farmhouse feel. The exterior is clad in tough rib metal siding, bringing a modern industrial look to its facade. Morton Project
Our first full build and filled with lots of love. There were many fine details in this home, including ICF foundation, custom timber stair railing, custom wood and stone fireplace mantle just to name a few. Additional square footage was added by creating a suspended slab below the garage creating a one of a kind theatre room complete with projection screen. A beautiful Hardi board siding finish made this home hard to resist.
Watson Project
Another beautiful custom home in Enderby, BC. This grand 3500 square foot home came complete with beautiful covered timber porches in both the front and back. Also included, ICF (Insulated Concrete Form) foundation for longevity and peace of mind. Custom cabinets, laminate floors and custom wood mantle fireplace. Plenty of finished space in this home for a growing family.
